The recently completed Florida Blue parking garage will make parking available to the public after 6 p.m. weeknights and all day on weekends. Furthermore, the new development frees Florida Blue’s riverfront surface lot at 323 Riverside Ave. for a new development: FIS Headquarters, which is slated to create 500 additional jobs.

Danis built an 807-space parking garage adjacent to the VyStar campus with 13,169 SF of ground-floor office and retail space, including the new Jacksonville Children’s Chorus headquarters and announced Pour Tap Room.
Designed by Dasher Hurst Architects, the project was built by Danis Construction.
